Michał is responsible for managing, coordinating and developing the TDJ Business Excellence competence center. He has an extensive portfolio of achievements in business development, strategic projects, optimization and building agile teams. He has worked with boards and executives of large capital groups, listed companies, and SMEs in renowned companies such as Goodvalley, Deutsche Bahn, PKP Intercity, ZGH Boleslaw, Steico, Graal Group, Integer Group.
Since 2016, Michał has been using his experience to implement TDJ’s strategy at the strategic and operational level and in the Group’s portfolio companies such as Grenevia, FAMUR, PGO, Impact Clean Power Technology, teamtechnik Poland, Projekt Solartechnik, Talkin’ Things, TDJ Estate.
He is enthusiastic about combining various management techniques, tools and methods, including Lean Management, Agile, Scrum, Balanced Scorecard, Theory of Constraints, Performance Management, Business Model Canvas and Design Thinking. Speaker and participant in numerous conferences, workshops and implementation projects.
Michał is a graduate of WSB Merito University with a specialization in psychology in management. Privately a fan of mountain expeditions and spending free time with his family.
