Michał is responsible for the management, coordination and development of the TDJ Business Excellence competence center. He has a strong track record in business development, strategic projects, optimization and building agile teams. He has worked closely with management boards and executive teams of large capital groups, publicly listed companies and SMEs in renowned organizations such as Goodvalley, Deutsche Bahn, PKP Intercity, ZGH Bolesław, Steico, Graal Group and Integer Group.

Since 2016, Michał has been leveraging his experience to support the execution of TDJ’s strategy at both the strategic and operational levels, as well as across the Group’s portfolio companies, including Grenevia, FAMUR, PGO, Impact Clean Power Technology, Nextomation, Projekt Solartechnik and TDJ Estate.

He is an enthusiast of combining various management techniques, tools and methodologies, including Lean Management, Agile, Scrum, Balanced Scorecard, Theory of Constraints, Performance Management, Business Model Canvas and Design Thinking. He is a speaker and participant at numerous conferences, workshops and implementation projects.

Michał is a graduate of WSB Merito University, where he specialized in psychology in management. Privately, he is a fan of mountain expeditions and enjoys spending his free time with his family.

Marcin works closely with the management boards and executive teams of large capital groups, publicly listed companies, SMEs and startups within the TDJ portfolio, supporting them in business development, strategy and strategic projects.

He manages and coordinates the activities of the TDJ Business Excellence competence center, focusing on delivering key capabilities that increase the long-term value of portfolio companies.

He is passionate about the Lean Management approach and methodology, in which he is an expert. He has extensive experience in implementing this philosophy and is frequently invited to speak at conferences dedicated to Lean and business process improvement.

Marcin is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology and also holds a Master’s degree with a specialization in Foreign Trade.

He previously gained managerial experience within the Saint-Gobain Group, Deutsche Bahn and PKP.

Milena is a finance director with an extensive portfolio of achievements in financial and business optimization in large groups, listed companies, SMEs and startups. She joined the TDJ team in 2023.

Previously, Milena was CFO at Omnipack, where she managed the finance, HR and administration areas. Her previous work experience includes the role of CFO at LUMA Group. In business development, she leverages the advantages of the debt and equity markets, with experience in IPOs, M&A, and VC transactions.

Milena holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Cracow University of Economics.

Responsible for the proper functioning of the Office of the Board.

The concentration of her professional function focuses on multi-tasking support of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board. She manages the Office of the Management Board team that supports TDJ investment areas in performing their tasks. She has been associated with TDJ SA since 2008 and is a graduate of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at the University of Silesia.

Legal Counsel. He specializes in corporate law, public trading in securities, antitrust law and issues related to the functioning of investment funds. He has professional experience in building strategies for the development and restructuring of capital groups and the introduction of corporate governance systems. Grzegorz Morawiec was an advisor in the process of acquiring privatized companies, and carried out, from the legal standpoint, a dozen or so transactions related to the acquisition or sale of controlling blocks of shares or stocks of capital companies, including public companies. He has experience in conducting all kinds of transformations, divisions and mergers of personal and capital companies. In 2006, he coordinated the work on the introduction of the company Fabryka Maszyn Famur SA to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and in 2011 acted as a legal advisor during the public offering of PGO S.A. and Zamet Industry S.A.

A graduate of computer science at WBS in Poznań and the IT Manager Academy at the School of Business in Dąbrowa Górnicza.

In his career he has worked as a project manager, product manager and architect of information systems built to meet specific customer needs, including for the telecommunications and energy sectors. He has several years of experience in project management in the IT and in the organization of software development and IT management processes, supported by numerous certificates, including PRINCE2® Practitioner, IPMA D, ITIL, CIS: Information Security Manager acc. to ISO / IEC 27001.

Has been associated with TDJ since 2011. Currently, he is the IT Director at TDJ and FAMUR S.A, where he is responsible for operational IT management and implementation of IT strategy.

Responsible for building the TDJ brand and strengthening its image, as well as shaping the company’s PR policy. He also supports the communication activities of TDJ portfolio companies, ensuring the realization of their business objectives.

He gained experience in the field of communication, both strategically and operationally, at the Lotos Group, where he held the position of Director of the Communication Office and was the press spokesperson. Marcin is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Gdańsk. He completed postgraduate studies at the Hague Academy of International Law and an MBA at the University of Strathclyde in cooperation with the Gdańsk Foundation for Managerial Education. He participated in dedicated managerial training, organized by institutions including Harvard Business School.

Privately, he’s a fan of genuine motoring and good stories in books and on screen.
