He has many years of experience in building and implementing strategies and managing key HR processes. 

He worked for many years for family companies, including the Cersanit Group, where he served as HR Director. There he was responsible for implementing HR standards from scratch on a global level. 

He joined TDJ in 2018. Among other things, he is responsible for shaping and developing an organisational culture based on values, implementing best practices and standards in the HR area, e.g. in terms of building employee engagement, the Talent Attraction and Development programme, implementing solutions in terms of wage and non-wage motivation systems supporting the implementation of TDJ’s strategic goals.

He is a graduate of Management and Marketing at the Cracow University of Economics. He also completed postgraduate studies in Social Psychology at SWPS in Warsaw, the Coaching School of Erickson College International and the Manager Development Programme of ICAN Institute.

She has been working at TDJ Group since 2017, initially as an HR Business Partner at a portfolio company and currently manages the HR team at TDJ. She is responsible for issues related to employees, their motivation, development and satisfaction in the workplace. Additionally, she supports portfolio companies in the implementation of HR processes. Kasia has many years of experience working in the HR field and has actively cooperated with management boards and operational departments, providing support and advice on strategic HR decisions. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Katowice. She also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and postgraduate studies in Business Law.

In the TDJ team she is responsible for ongoing advisory services for managers in the area of team management, recruitment processes, adaptation and development of employees, activities in the area of internal HR communication, employer branding as well as motivation and engagement projects. 

She is a graduate of Political Science at the University of Silesia. She also completed postgraduate studies in personnel management, labour law and social security, as well as coaching and mentoring. She has several years of experience working in HR teams, gained in Polish and international companies.

Aleksandra was responsible for recruitment processes at all levels after joining TDJ. Currently, as Junior HR Business Partner, she provides HR support to managers of selected areas. She is responsible for recruitment processes for C-level positions, conducting onboarding, offboarding and development processes. She provides support to employees in identifying needs and solving various problems in the areas of HR and payroll, interpersonal aspects, policies or procedures, among others. 

Ola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Katowice and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Silesia. 

She gained her first professional experience during her apprenticeship in the personnel consultancy DPM.

Ewa is involved in HR analysis in its broadest sense and implementation of new solutions at TDJ and its portfolio companies. She is also responsible for the budgeting process. She supports portfolio companies in the development and management of remuneration systems tailored individually to the companies’ needs. 

Ewa holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the College of Management and Social Sciences in Tychy and a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Katowice. She has been with the TDJ Group since 2020.

Marzena is responsible for the implementation of HR and payroll processes in TDJ, TDJ Estate and other portfolio companies. Marzena holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing and postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management. 

Her previous professional experience includes working as a human resources and payroll specialist and later as a manager in P.P.H.U DUDA-Bis and in the “Jano” company, where she held the position of the chief human resources and payroll specialist for 14 years.

In the HR team Alicja is responsible for the implementation of HR and payroll processes at TDJ and some of its portfolio companies. 

Alicja holds a Master’s degree in Management and Production Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology. She gained her previous professional experience, among others, as a sub-inspector in the Voivodeship Labour Office in Katowice and in GKF Farmacol, where she held the position of Coordinator of the Human Resources and Payroll Department for 10 years.
