Grzegorz has been practicing as an attorney-at-law since 2003. He started his collaboration with TDJ in 2004.
He is the managing general partner in TDJ Legal Morawiec sp.k. (TDJ Legal). Along with a team of nearly 30 lawyers, TDJ Legal is responsible for providing legal services to the TDJ group. Grzegorz specialises in M&A transactions, as well as restructuring and reorganisation. He has overseen dozens of projects involving mergers, transformations, or divisions of various companies. He has been involved in the process of the acquisition of the majority of entities within TDJ, and in the IPO processes of individual companies, participating in the structuring, and implementation of corporate governance.
He acts as a commercial attorney-in-fact, as well as a member of particular authorities of TDJ portfolio companies.

As an attorney-at-law, entered in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP), Marcin specialises in M&A transactions and Venture Capital (VC). He provides advice on investment funds, particularly in the Venture area (the process of joining particular funds, ongoing operations, investments in start-ups, and exits from portfolio companies). He has participated in numerous transactions involving the acquisition, sale, and investment in both private and public companies. He has completed two editions of the School of American Law (organised by the University of Silesia in collaboration with Loyola University New Orleans, the University of Toledo, and the University of Arkansas).

For over 15 years, she has been advising, primarily, large enterprises and capital groups, including entities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).
She has participated in numerous transactional processes involving domestic and foreign entities in the private and public sectors, post-transaction integrations, as well as complex restructuring processes, developing concepts and overseeing the  implementation thereof.

Karolina manages a team of attorneys-at-law in the corporate field. She specialises in company law, at every stage of operation, and in capital markets law. She acts as an advisor to management boards and supervisory boards of numerous companies in the scope of current operations, organisation, management of capital groups, and restructuring processes. She conducts company transformations, mergers, and liquidations, participating in transactions involving shares and stocks.

Olga has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She completed her legal apprenticeship at the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP). Having passed an appropriate professional exam, she was entered in the list of attorneys-at-law.

Michalina specialises in commercial companies law and capital markets law. She is responsible for the ongoing corporate and registration matters within the TDJ Capital Group. She collaborates with management boards and supervisory boards, providing advice on executive compensation policies. Agnieszka is a lawyer, specialising in tax law. She provides ongoing tax advisory services, conducts trainings in tax law,
and participates in due diligence projects. She joined the TDJ team in 2018.

Her expertise covers the areas of transfer pricing, risk management related thereto, and the preparation of transfer pricing documentation. She is responsible for providing advice on personal income tax, handling projects related to local taxes and MDR reporting.In addition to providing services to commercial entities, she is involved in supporting non-governmental organisations, including a public benefit organisation (OPP). She provides advice at the formation stage of particular entities, and throughout the whole period of their operation. Małgorzata specialises in ongoing tax advisory services. She has been interested  in tax law since the beginning of her professional journey. She has gained experience in both local taxes (property tax, vehicle tax) and in income taxes, value-added tax, tax on civil law transactions, as well as inheritance and donation tax.
With her background in economics and accounting, she can easily combine tax expertise with the reality in which economic entities operate on daily basis. Paulina is a tax advisor specialising in value-added tax (VAT), and corporate income tax. She provides ongoing tax support to companies, represents clients in proceedings for obtaining advance tax rulings, conducts tax audits, and explores opportunities for tax savings through the implementation of tax reliefs, particularly those related to research and development activities. She has gained her experience in the Big Four outsourcing firms, providing advisory services to the largest Polish and foreign companies. She has also served as an in-house tax advisor in manufacturing, and construction companies. Paulina graduated in Finance and Accounting from the University of Economics in Katowice, specialising in Accounting and Taxation.

Wiktor is a lawyer specialising in corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and reporting of MDR tax schemes. He provides ongoing tax advisory services to companies, prepares transfer pricing documentation, and conducts legal analyses aimed at identifying and minimising areas of tax risk. He has collaborated with TDJ since 2023. Prior to joining TDJ, Wiktor had gained experience in the tax teams of the Big Four, providing advisory services to the largest Polish and foreign companies. Hanna is a lawyer advising on foreign transactions, including supply contracts with payment security and external financing involved. She handles ongoing legal support for domestic entities maintaining business relationships with foreign entities, or having subsidiaries established abroad. She specialises in establishing, supervising, and liquidating foreign entities, and exercises supervision over particular authorities of foreign companies. Hanna conducts negotiations and oversees any contentious processes concerning foreign entities, coordinating due diligence thereof. She has collaborated with the TDJ Group since 2009.

She has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice, and Middlesex University in London (Graduate Diploma in English Law). Adam provides comprehensive advice to entrepreneurs in the field of, broadly understood, business relations with foreign partners from all over the world, including those related to foreign affiliates. He actively participates in negotiation processes, including agreements of significant value. He holds supervisory positions in the authorities of foreign companies. He supervises court proceedings in foreign jurisdictions. He is the author of various publications in the field of EU competition law and human rights.

He has completed both his Master’s and Doctoral degree in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He is an attorney-at-law entered in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP). Additionally, he has received DES at the University Montesquieu – Bordeaux IV. He has completed the American Law Program: The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law / Jagiellonian University. For several years now she has been providing legal services to businesses in the field of economic law, including public companies and capital groups.

Aleksandra has graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She completed postgraduate studies in the law of modern technologies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw and postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

He specialises in civil law, public procurement law, and environmental protection law, providing legal assistance in labour law. He participates in negotiations of large commercial contracts, construction contracts, as well as smaller agreements integral to the daily operations of companies. Tomasz represents clients in court disputes and mediations in civil, commercial, and public procurement matters.

During the course of the M&A transactions conducted by TDJ Group, he has been involved in numerous due diligence investigations of companies of various industries, focusing particularly on environmental protection law aspects.

Tomasz supports contractors in the process of applying for public procurement, reviewing procedure documentation and competitors’ bids, and representing clients before the National Appeals Chamber and the Public Procurement Tribunal in Warsaw.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed postgraduate studies in environmental protection law at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in environmental and climate protection law at Lazarski University in Warsaw.

Hanna is an attorney-at-law, entered in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP).

For over a decade she has been advising entrepreneurs in the field of economic law and public procurement law, especially in the area of construction and energy sector investments. She has provided legal services in investment processes related to the construction of power blocks, as well as energy and mining infrastructure, advising on the preparation of documentation, the conducting of public procurement proceedings, and the investment implementation. She has represented both principals and contractors in numerous proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber.

In TDJ Legal, she is responsible for coordinating legal support for the large-scale photovoltaic area concentrated in the Projekt – Solartechnik group.

She advises on the preparation and development of photovoltaic installation projects, negotiating and implementing contracts for the construction of large-scale photovoltaic solar farms. She represents clients in legal disputes related to construction contracts.

Hanna provides legal services for both Polish- and English-speaking clients.

Aleksandra is an attorney-at-law specialising in new technologies and intellectual property law.

She is engaged in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for transferring copyright ownership, licensing agreements, IT agreements, including implementation agreements, and service agreements. She provides advice on copyright law, unfair competition, and e-commerce law.

She is experienced in conducting legal audits in the field of intellectual property, and IT agreements.

For several years now she has been providing legal services to businesses in the field of economic law, including public companies and capital groups.

Aleksandra has graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She completed postgraduate studies in the law of modern technologies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw and postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

She completed her legal apprenticeship
at the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP). She is fluent in legal English.

Agnieszka specialises in labour law, and social security law, advising entrepreneurs on how to safely and efficiently manage their activities as employers. On a daily basis, Agnieszka provides guidance to employers on routine personnel matters, and undertakes significant, long-term projects. Such projects include the organisational structure development, the implementation of compensation policies and systems, Employee Capital Plans (PPK), company restructuring, as well as participating in resolving collective disputes and conducting mass layoffs. She actively collaborates with HR departments, engages in negotiations with trade unions, conducts trainings on the latest changes in labour law, represents parties in labour law, and social insurance court disputes. With a clear understanding of business, she approaches all tasks assigned to her with openness and commitment.

After work, Agnieszka dedicates her time to her family. She finds time for meaningful conversations and walks, but also enjoys reading books, baking cakes, taking photos, tending to her flowers, planning trips, and cherishing beautiful moments. She has a deep love for the sea and the forest.
