The superiors noticed my commitment, openness and willingness to learn and grow, which allowed me to be promoted to the position of the Project Manager. TDJ gives me a sense of security and stability, and the organized meetings and integration trips allow the entire team to get to know each other outside the business sphere and build a sense of community.”
