Your responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager with a strong track record in leading investment processes independently. The perfect candidate will be a strategic, analytical thinker who thrives on responsibility and has a deep understanding of technology, business, finance or economics.

 

  • Actively source, identify, and evaluate potential investment opportunities for TDJ
  • Take full ownership of ongoing investment processes, including due diligence, deal negotiation, and investment closing, while ensuring clear communication and transparency with all stakeholders
  • Conduct detailed analyses and formulate forecasts for specific industries and markets
  • Construct investment theses, financial models, and prepare investment documentation for prospective leads
  • Develop tools to support the team’s needs and your own work requirements
  • Contribute to ongoing investment processes effectively

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or Economics
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated history of independently managing and leading investment processes
  • The ability to organize work effectively, manage multiple processes at once, and navigate high-pressure situations
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and to execute complex financial modeling tasks
  • A highly proactive and independent individual who is not afraid to take the initiative in a variety of situations
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and team members
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and reading financial statements
  • Excellent command of English and Polish (C1/C2)
