We are very pleased to be able to work with TDJ, which we do not treat as a typical financial investor. TDJ’s extensive competencies will strongly support the implementation of our company’s strategy, especially in the areas of process optimisation, management team development and approach to financial markets.  – says Jacek Przysada, president of the board of Polish Teamtechnik PT.

We have been developing this business for over 40 years. Currently, Teamtechnik employs over 1,000 employees across seven different plants located in Germany, Poland, the USA and China, with 16 service points around the world. We are convinced that we are handing our Polish plants into good hands – to a family business with over 40 years of tradition. This comfort will allow us to focus on the further development of Automotive EOL Test and MedTech sectors. At the same time, we will remain minority shareholder of the Polish Teamtechnik, and will continue to conduct joint business projects – says Stefan Rosskopf, the president of the board of Teamtechnik MA and the current owner of the company.

Stefan Rosskopf will join the Supervisory Board of Teamtechnik PT, and the current board members will remain in their positions.
