Individual Development Programme 2017/2018
The Individual Development Programme is support tailored to the personal needs of ambitious school and university-aged youth. Each participant will have an assigned tutor – a person with whom he/she will jointly develop an Individual Development Programme for the next year and who will consistently support him in the implementation of the objectives. The project starts and ends with a two-day training. Depending on the needs of the participants, the programme enables refresher courses, coaching sessions, meetings with experts from a given field of interest, as well as study meetings in companies. The programme path and forms of support are individually adapted to the needs, age and capabilities of each participant.
