I started working in TDJ in 2017 beginning at the after-sales service department on the Osiedle Franciszkańskie project. The superiors noticed my commitment, openness and willingness to learn and grow, which allowed me to be promoted to the position of the Project Manager. I am currently supervising the investments of Zabrze Zielona Dolina and Bardowski 1. TDJ gives me a sense of security and stability, and the organized meetings and integration trips allow the entire team to get to know each other outside the business sphere and build a sense of community.
Being able to participate in marketing projects in which the commitment, creativity and cooperation of an open team are valued highly is greatly satisfying. This is exactly how we work in TDJ, designing brand strengthening activities that clearly support the defined business goals, but also building employee engagement via internal communication. It’s a short walk from an idea to the implementation, and the range and dynamics of the projects are vast. Thanks to my previous job at the Famur Group, I have been able to observe the development of TDJ for many years. I began my work at TDJ with an internship, which turned into a permanent job offer. I get to see daily how dynamically the company is growing, and the constant challenges allow me to gain a variety of experiences. As an assistant in the management office, I have a very wide range of responsibilities, from the organization of meetings, emails, invoices, to the office administration itself.
