You don’t need to have experience – we want to help you gain it! We do, however, require a commitment to the assigned tasks. During the paid internship, we will provide you with all the necessary work tools.

„I started my adventure with TDJ with an internship during my 5th year of university.I joined the team in the sales office of Osiedle Franciszkańskie. From the beginning, I had the opportunity to participate in many tasks related to the service and the sale of the apartments, as well as help in the preparation of the next stages of the Osiedle Franciszkańskie development and new housing projects. I gradually gained practical knowledge under the guidance of an experienced and helpful team. After graduation, I got the chance to continue working in TDJ, first in the sales team of Osiedle Franciszkański, and now on the First District project. Equity

At TDJ Equity, you’ll learn what is it like to work at an investment company, gain experience in analyzing and presenting potential projects as well as expand your knowledge of financial statement analysis, corporate governance, and market analysis. If you are interested in the area of private equity, you love excell functions, and strategy is your middle name – an internship with us is the best choice.

Growth

TDJ Growth is a unique place where you can learn about the Polish startup ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced investors, based on 25 years of experience of the Pitango Venture Capital group from Israel.

Lean

The Lean department is where we focus on optimizing processes and improving the efficiency of our organization. In our team, you will learn about the Lean philosophy, as well as the techniques and tools associated with it. You will participate in projects aimed at identifying and eliminating waste, as well as streamlining operations in our company. You will acquire skills in process analysis, developing optimization strategies, and implementing changes.

HR

If you love working with people, join us. We will teach you how to edit job offers, how to successfully prescreen a resume as well as how to talk to a candidate during a recruitment meeting. You will support us in regards to internal communication and projects related to building the commitment and motivation of the TDJ team.

Finance

Do you have theoretical financial accounting knowledge and want to learn to use it in practice? Apply to us. We will teach you how to book selected documents, settle and reconcile accounting accounts, and show you how to support companies in carrying out full accounting.

Legal

With our team you will learn the specifics of legal services for companies from various industries and foundations. You will acquire skills in constructing pleadings, contracts and documents for governing bodies of limited companies. You can also accompany us in hearings before the common courts.

Marketing and communication

With us you will get to support all the TDJ investment areas in achieving their business goals. With us you will learn what hot stamping is, how to choose the fitting message for the recipient, what to talk about on social media and how to prepare for an event. We work as a team, inspiring each other while focusing on a creative approach.
