Michał is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and has completed executive programs at the Wharton School and Columbia Business School. He has lectured in SGH postgraduate programs, investment courses and at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is also an alumnus of the Academy of Capital Market Leaders of the Lesław Paga Foundation. He holds licenses as an investment advisor and securities broker, as well as CFA, CIIA and CFA ESG designations.

Michał has over a dozen years of experience in managing portfolios and investment funds. He has worked for multinational corporations (AXA TFI), private holding companies (IPOPEMA TFI) and family offices of Poland’s wealthiest individuals. He specializes in managing equity, fixed income, global macro and absolute return funds.

Michał joined the TDJ team in May 2024 as Head of the Capital Markets area and Investment Director, responsible for developing and implementing the investment strategy for this area.

Krzysztof is a graduate of Kozminski University, where he earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.

Before joining TDJ, he gained experience in M&A at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, focusing on transaction advisory in the TMT and consumer retail sectors. Earlier, he worked at the VC fund Rubicon Partners, where he participated in investment processes and projects supporting the development of portfolio companies in the Life Science sector.

Krzysztof joined TDJ in October 2024. He is responsible for investment and sector analyses, as well as supporting the organization in preparing macroeconomic research.

Szymon is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. He also broadened his academic background through the CEMS Master in International Management program, completing part of his studies in Copenhagen.

Prior to joining TDJ, he gained professional experience within the Santander Group. He worked in a team responsible for investment decision-making in the bond and foreign exchange markets, and at a brokerage house, where he prepared equity research on listed companies. He was also involved in a consulting project for Maersk, a global leader in logistics, focused on the development of land logistics operations.

Szymon joined the TDJ team in August 2025. He is responsible for investment and market analysis, as well as supporting ongoing operational activities within the Capital Markets area.
