He specializes in the real estate industry and is responsible for the Estate sector in the TDJ Group, with which he has been associated since April 2011. From September 2012 to December 2018, he was the president of the management board of TDJ Estate Sp. z o.o. He is a member of management and supervisory boards of TDJ real estate companies. In 2007-2010, he worked for international development investment funds implementing residential and office projects. In the previous years, he held managerial positions in leading companies in the large distribution sector (Carrefour, Auchan) and the fuel sector (Amoco). He graduated postgraduate MBA studies at the Krakow University of Technology in cooperation with Connecticut State University. He holds a property appraiser licence and other licences from the real estate sector.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice and the University of Silesia (Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as well as Real Estate Appraisal and Management). He completed a series of CCIM trainings. For several dozen years associated with the real estate market. He gained his professional experience working for international developers, such as Reinhold and Panattoni, as well as for the Decathlon retail chain and Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych SA (Office of Capital Investments SA), specializing in the construction and rental of warehouse and commercial space. He supervised investment processes from the moment of land purchase, through design stages, acquiring tenants, to putting the facilities into use. He was also responsible for monitoring the commercial real estate market. He joined the TDJ community in 2013. He is responsible for the commercial real estate segment and the land development area. Among other things, he oversees the construction and commercialization process of the new .KTW office complex being built in the Katowice Cultural Zone and he is responsible for the “Zbrosławice” land development project.

He holds a state property manager’s license. He began his career in King Sturge in Katowice and joined the JLL team in Cracow after the merger of this entity with Jones Lang LaSalle. He held the position of Senior Consultant there, advising during the process of acquiring new office spaces, during renegotiations of tenancy agreements and office consolidations. During his professional career he worked on the commercialization of office buildings such as Millennium Plaza and Katowice Business Point. At TDJ Estate, he is responsible for managing teams dealing with the acquisition and service of tenants of the .KTW office complex, as well as the management of real estate in the company’s portfolio.

He started his professional career while still studying, holding managerial positions in the service sector. He has been involved in the real estate sector since 2002, when he started working with the Pionier Real Estate Agency, dealing with the sale of residential properties, commercialization of commercial space and real estate brokerage. He started working at TDJ Estate in 2014, participating in the creation of Osiedle Franciszkańskie Housing Estate from the very beginning. Since 2021, he has been the Sales Director responsible for all the residential projects. After hours, he plays indoor football, skates and skis. He likes to spend time in the garage doing DIY.

He developed his professional career in companies that are leaders in the construction industry: Mostostal Kraków, Budimex or PORR SA, for the last 15 years holding managerial positions in them. Recently, he was professionally associated with PORR SA, where he was a branch director and proxy. He joined the TDJ Estate team in February 2022. As technical director, he is responsible for managing the construction department. Playing the violin is his greatest passion.

He has been gaining experience in the real estate field for more than 15 years. He started his professional career working in real estate offices. He holds a Professional License of a real estate broker. For five years he was in charge of the management of real estate from the corporate resources of the Katowice Group, where his duties included creating concepts for the development of assets, coordinating property appraisals, acquiring buyers and supervising the process of concluding transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, where he completed his master’s degree in Real Estate Management and Public Services. He also completed postgraduate studies in Project Management (Silesian University of Technology) and Property Appraiser (University of Economics). He joined the TDJ Estate team in January 2017 and, as a Manager, was responsible for real estate trading of TDJ Capital Group Companies. Since 2019, he has been developing his skills as an Operations Manager and is responsible for the management of residential projects in Katowice (Project First District and Dobrynów) and the development of new residential projects in Krakow and Bielsko-Biala.

He joined the TDJ Estate team in February 2022 and is responsible for the coordination of housing estate projects as the Operational Manager. Privately, he is interested in real estate, he likes to ride a bike and play squash.

She joined the TDJ Estate team in October 2016. Her tasks include supporting administrative processes related to the course of the .KTW project, preparing reports and summaries for the purposes of project organization and coordinating the work of the project office at TDJ Estate. In 2018, she completed postgraduate studies in Property Management at the University of Economics in Katowice and since then she has been a Property Manager and manages the proper functioning of office buildings in TDJ’s portfolio, located, among others, in Katowice and Krakow.

During this time he worked, among other things in real estate sales for the construction of the Flyspot in Katowice, a wind tunnel for free fall simulation. Then from 2004 to 2010 at Warbud S.A. where he passed the career ladder from the engineer in the bidding department, the construction engineer, the work manager to the construction manager. In that time he worked at construction site at Silesion Hotel in Katowice, 4 Cinema City buildings, Outlet Fashion House in Sosnowiec. In another company, as the Contract Manager, he was in charge of realization of i.a. Rondo Ofiar Katynia in Krakow, ring road Radomsko, BMW service center in Rzeszów. For the last 5 years he worked at Tebodin Poland where he held the position of Contract Manager and Supervision Inspector (extension of the Opel factory in Gliwice, construction of the Prologis factory hall in Chorzów). On behalf of Tebodin, until June 2016, he participated in investor’s supervision over the construction of the .KTW I project. He joined the TDJ Estate team in January 2018. He is responsible for coordination of all activities related to the construction of the .KTW office complex and finishing office space for future tenants.

He supervised the implementation of large residential and industrial projects, including specialized pharmaceutical projects. Before joining TDJ Estate, for the last 2.5 years he was a construction manager of a modern factory for the production of liquid forms of drugs for the largest pharmaceutical group in Poland. He is authorized to manage construction works without restrictions. He joined the TDJ team in May 2020. His tasks include comprehensive implementation of the company’s housing project in Krakow and Katowice. In his free time, he likes to compete on the badminton court or spend time in the mountains on hiking or biking.

She developed her competences as a construction engineer and then works manager at CFE Polska, implementing the expansion project and reconstruction of the Platan Shopping Center in Zabrze, construction of the Bulwary Książęce residential complex in Wrocław and construction of the Panattoni logistics hall in Sosnowiec. She strengthened the TDJ Estate team in May 2021. On a daily basis, she is involved in the implementation of the Zielona Dolina multi-family housing project in Zabrze. Privately, she is interested in contemporary architecture, and likes to spend his free time reading a good book.

He also participated in the construction of the SSBR installation for Synthos and the expansion of the CHP plant in Tychy. He joined the TDJ Estate team in July 2021. He is responsible for the implementation of the Osiedle Franciszkańskie (Franciszkańskie Housing Estate) project. Privately, he deals with capital markets and investing as an amateur. Associated with the construction market for over five years. He gained his professional experience at E003B7 (SPV Rafako SA) on one of the largest industrial construction investments in the region – the construction of a 910 MW power unit in Jaworzno, where as a construction engineer he was responsible for the implementation of several facilities, ranging from earthworks to soil strengthening and finishing works. In November 2020, he joined the TDJ Estate team, where he is involved in the project of Osiedle Franciszkańskie and Franciszkańskie Południe as a construction engineer. Currently, he is expanding his knowledge by studying Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Krakow University of Technology. He is also a graduate of AWF Katowice (Academy of Physical Education in Katowice) in the field of Physiotherapy and Tourism and Recreation, and a lifeguard. He participated in the implementation of projects such as the Dormitories of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Kraków or the Shopping Center in Andrychów. Before joining the TDJ Estate team in August 2021, he worked at Dekpol Budownictwo, where he was involved in the construction of a warehouse hall for Panattoni Europe in Skawina. Currently, he supports the construction team in the implementation of the project of Osiedle Franciszkańskie and Franciszkańskie Południe Housing Estate. Privately, he is a very active person – he plays volleyball, trains in the gym, runs, is a kickboxing instructor, and he walks in the mountains.

Then he gained experience as a designer in the field of cubature construction. He joined TDJ Estate in July 2021 to support the construction team of Pierwsza Dzielnica (the First District) in the erection of the next stages of the investment. Privately, his passion is sport, he likes to play football and squash the most. She also loves to travel and discover new flavours.

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology and the Czestochowa University of Technology, specializing in electrical engineering and electrical installations in construction. He has construction qualifications to design and manage construction works in the installation specialty in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and devices without restrictions. From 2007 he was professionally involved with the company PKiMSA “Carboautomatyka” SA. He started as an electrician, being promoted to team manager and contract director’s assistant of implemented projects. Recently, he was employed as an electrical works manager and was responsible for the construction of a drainage station and filter presses for KWK Knurów (Knurów Coal Mine) in the field of electrical works. He also participated in the modernization of the Silesian Stadium and the modernization of the fine scrubber for KWK Jankowice (Jankowice Coal Mine). He joined the TDJ Estate team in September 2021. Landscape architecture, which he dealt with during two years of professional practice, is his passion. He joined TDJ Estate team in November 2020. Przygotowanie terenu inwestycji i budowę .KTW I rozpoczęto w czerwcu 2016 r. Kluczowym zadaniem na tym etapie było stworzenie ścian szczelinowych, które wyznaczyły obszar płyty fundamentowej pod oba planowane obiekty. Jej obwód wyniósł 330 m przy maksymalnej głębokości wykopu 26 m. W czasie realizacji głębokich wykopów ciężarówki obsługujące budowę wykonywały codziennie ok. 120 kursów, wywożąc ok. 1,2 tys. m3 ziemi.

Wcześniej pozytywnie oceniono prace zrealizowane przy ścianach szczelinowych. Ukończono realizację kondygnacji podziemnych dla budynku .KTW I i rozpoczęto prace przy konstrukcji pierwszego piętra. Na placu budowy działały cztery żurawie.
Przewieszenie konstrukcji
W kwietniu 2017 r. nastąpiła realizacja ważnego elementu architektonicznego, czyli tzw. przewieszenia konstrukcji pomiędzy 6. i 7. kondygnacją nadziemną, na wysokości ok. 24 metrów. Górna bryła budynku została przesunięta względem tej dolnej o kilka metrów w kierunku północno-zachodnim. Obok robót konstrukcyjnych, na placu budowy kontynuowano roboty związane z układem drogowym. W garażu podziemnym wystartowały prace instalacyjne.
Stan surowy zamknięty
Z początkiem roku budynek .KTW I osiągnął stan surowy zamknięty. Z placu budowy zniknął ostatni żuraw. Zakończona została obudowa dachu technicznego z płyt warstwowych, na których zamocowano następnie siatki cięto-ciągnione, nawiązujące estetyką do fasady budynku Międzynarodowego Centrum Kongresowego. Powstał także układ drogowy wokół biurowca. W budynku zamontowano wszystkie windy, a prace wykończeniowe stały się coraz bardziej zaawansowane.
Przygotowania
W 2013 r. TDJ Estate zakupił budynek byłej DOKP w sąsiedztwie ikonicznego Spodka. Po analizie technicznej obiektu podjęto decyzję o rozbiórce. Trwała ona 12 miesięcy, do marca 2016 r. Tego samego roku, w maju, podczas Europejskiego Kongresu Gospodarczego oficjalnie zaprezentowano projekt architektoniczny nowego kompleksu, przygotowany we współpracy z pracownią Medusagroup. Generalne wykonawstwo powierzono polskiemu oddziałowi firmy STRABAG.
100 dni prac
Po trzech miesiącach od startu budowy zakończono roboty ziemne związane z wykopem. Wykonano barety, czyli elementy konstrukcyjne posadowienia pośredniego pod płytę fundamentową. Ponadto utworzono kotwienia dla sukcesywnie odsłanianych dalszych sekcji ścian szczelinowych. Rozpoczęto również pierwszy etap zbrojenia płyty fundamentu, a na budowie kompleksu pojawił się żuraw wieżowy o wysokości 53 m.
Kamień węgielny
16 lutego 2017 r. odbyła się ceremonia wmurowania kamienia węgielnego pod .KTW I, która zapoczątkowała realizację części nadziemnej obiektu. W uroczystości wzięli udział m.in. Marcin Krupa, prezydent Katowic oraz Tomasz Domogała, właściciel TDJ. Dla upamiętnienia tego wydarzenia, w specjalnym sarkofagu umieszczono podpisany akt erekcyjny oraz przedmioty wyłonione w plebiscycie „Śląski design w .KTW“.
Podwieszenie wiechy
We wrześniu 2017 r. osiągnięto najwyższy punkt konstrukcyjny .KTW I, co zostało uroczyście podkreślone ceremonią podwieszenia wiechy. Uczestniczyli w niej przedstawiciele inwestora, generalnego wykonawcy, podmiotu odpowiedzialnego za nadzór inwestorski oraz architekci. Po ukończeniu głównej konstrukcji budynku, na placu budowy kontynuowano montaż elewacji i konsol. Równocześnie, coraz bardziej zaawansowane stały się prace instalacyjne i wykończeniowe. Intensywnie rozwijano też infrastrukturę w szachtach mechanicznych.
Otwarcie .KTW I
15 maja 2018 r. podczas jubileuszowej X edycji Europejskiego Kongresu Gospodarczego nastąpiła uroczysta ceremonia otwarcia budynku .KTW I. Po 24 miesiącach intensywnej pracy obiekt biurowy w sercu Katowic został ukończony i oddany do użytku. Goście zaproszeni na uroczystość mieli szansę nie tylko poznać od środka proces inwestycyjny, ale również zwiedzić top floor biurowca oraz Galerię Transformacji, która przedstawiała historię miejsca, w którym .KTW powstało.
